- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers red, yellow, or orange, sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper adjusted to your preference.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley or basil for a finishing touch optional
