- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons Thai seasoning sauce Golden Mountain Sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Heat Oil and Garlic: In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until it’s fragrant and lightly golden.
Cook the Pork: Add the thinly sliced pork to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until the pork is browned and cooked through.
Add Chili Paste and Seasonings: Stir in the chili paste, white sugar, Thai seasoning sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix everything well, allowing the pork to absorb the flavors for another 1–2 minutes.
Add Vegetables: Add sliced onions and large chilies to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3–4 minutes until the onions are soft but still slightly crisp.
Finish with Green Onions: Finally, add the green onions and give the mixture a quick toss. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, just until the green onions are slightly wilted.
Serve Hot: Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy with steamed jasmine rice or noodles.
