Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 4 cups 500g all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 packet 7g instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 240ml warm milk
  • 1/4 cup 60g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 150g diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup 120g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons 30ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Make the Filling : In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another small bowl, toss strawberries with cornstarch. Gently fold strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Assemble the Rolls: Roll the dough into a large rectangle (about 12x16 inches). Spread the cream cheese and strawberry mixture evenly over the dough. Starting from a long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
  • Bake the Rolls: Place the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Finish and Serve: Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
