- 4 cloves garlic minced (about 2 teaspoons)
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs optional for added crunch
- ¾ teaspoon Kosher salt or more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or more to taste
- 4-5 cups carrots peeled and sliced, or baby carrots
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Prepare the Carrots:
If using large carrots, peel and slice them into 1/4-inch thick sticks or rounds.
If using baby carrots, no slicing is needed.
