Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts about 600g
  • 2 tablespoons honey about 42g
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard about 30g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil about 15g
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar about 15g
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder about 2g
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder about 2g
  • ½ teaspoon salt about 2.5g
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper about 1g

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil or a non-stick spray.
  • Prepare the Honey Dijon Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Coat the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle the honey Dijon glaze over the chicken, making sure each piece is thoroughly covered. Use a spoon or brush to spread the glaze evenly across all the pieces.
  • Bake the Chicken: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, baste the chicken with the pan juices, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve: Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle the pan juices over the top for added flavor. Pair it with roasted vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad to complete your meal.
