  • 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed, squeezed, and drained (or use fresh spinach, wilted down)
  • 5 large eggs beaten
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheese any kind (e.g., fiesta blend, cheddar, or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
  • Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach with the beaten eggs. Add the shredded cheese, dried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Assemble the Pie: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it out to create an even layer.
