  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or apply a light coat of oil to avoid sticking.
  • Prepare the Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
  • Coat with Butter: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the melted butter until they are evenly coated.
  • Create the Parmesan Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the finely grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Coat the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the Parmesan mixture, tossing them gently to ensure they are fully coated with the cheese and spices. Make sure each floret is well covered for a deliciously crispy result.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower bites are golden brown and crispy.
