  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked adds a different twist

  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil for pan-frying

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can substitute
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce primary sweet component
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust to preference
  • 1 tbsp Honey maple syrup is a great substitute

For Garnishing

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives/Green Onions adds freshness
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan optional

  • Pat dry the fresh salmon cubes with paper towels to ensure every piece is moisture-free.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the salmon in this mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Carefully add the salmon cubes to the skillet in batches and sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a separate bowl until smooth.
  • Drizzle or toss the cooked salmon with the Bang Bang sauce, transfer to a platter and garnish with chives or green onions.
  • Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Notes

Ensure salmon is completely patted dry before coating for maximum crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
