- 2 16-oz bags broccoli slaw mix
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley chopped
- ¾ cup green onions chopped
- 1½ cups dried cranberries
- ¾ cup sliced almonds
- ¾ cup cherry or grape tomatoes chopped
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp seasoned salt or to taste
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- Fresh black pepper to taste
Prepare the Slaw Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, parsley, green onions, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and chopped tomatoes.
Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, seasoned salt, and black pepper until the sugar is fully dissolved and the dressing is smooth.
Combine and Toss: Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw mixture and toss everything together until the slaw is evenly coated with the dressing.
Chill and Serve: For best flavor, cover the slaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together. Before serving, give it a quick toss and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Optional Garnish: For added texture and flavor, sprinkle some extra almonds or a handful of fresh parsley on top.
