Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 5 oz tuna in water, drained
  • 1 medium apple diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients : Drain the tuna and transfer it to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a fork to break it into small pieces. Dice the apple into small, bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the red onion and celery.
  • Combine the Ingredients : Add the diced apple, red onion, and celery to the bowl with the tuna.
  • Make the Dressing : In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss and Serve : Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately as a sandwich filling, on crackers, over a bed of greens, or enjoy on its own. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
