Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs optional, for extra crunch
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  • Make the Garlic Parmesan Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  • Spread the Sauce : Evenly spread the garlic Parmesan mixture over the tops of the chicken breasts, coating each one generously.
  • Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, followed by the optional breadcrumbs if you prefer a crispy topping.
  • Bake the Chicken: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair it with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
