- 8 oz 225 g whole white mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese regular or low-fat
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried herbs e.g., tarragon, basil, parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Prepare the Mushrooms : Rinse the mushrooms and pat them dry. Leave them whole or slice them in half if they are larger.
