Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shredded carrot about 6 large carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple lightly drained (1 can)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dressing : In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and well combined.
  • Combine the Ingredients : Add the shredded carrots, raisins, and lightly drained crushed pineapple to the bowl with the dressing. Carefully mix all the ingredients until the carrots and fruits are well-coated with the creamy dressing.
  • Chill and Serve : Cover the salad and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and develop. Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.
