- One 14-ounce can of sweet corn drained of its liquid.
- 8 oz. ham diced
- ⅓ cup chopped scallion
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
