  • In a small saucepan over low heat, warm 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 smashed garlic clove, and a pinch of red pepper flakes for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Once heated, remove from the heat and mix in an additional tablespoon of honey. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a food processor, combine 8 ounces of block feta cheese, 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly across the bottom of a shallow serving bowl, creating a base. Then, swirl ½ cup of cranberry sauce over the top, allowing it to create a marbled effect.
  • Drizzle the slightly cooled hot honey generously over the cranberry sauce layer. Adjust the amount based on your preferred sweetness.
  • Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top for garnish and serve immediately with an assortment of crunchy crackers, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
