  • 1 pound imitation crab krab meat
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, gently flake or shred the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the minced shallot and celery to the bowl with the crab meat.

Step 2: Mix the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, paprika, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir until the dressing is smooth and well-mixed.
