  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 5 ½ cups of sweetened coconut flakes, ⅔ cup of all-purpose flour, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of almond extract. Mix well to form a sticky dough.
  • Scoop out dough balls about the size of golf balls and place them on the lined baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  • Bake for approximately 13 minutes until golden-brown on top.
  • Let the macaroons cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
