Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken about 4 cups of shredded meat
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes quartered
  • 1 cup red onion diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Be sure to discard any skin or bones before using.
  • Add the Fresh Ingredients: Add the quartered grapes, diced red onion, diced celery, and chopped walnuts to the bowl with the chicken. Stir to combine.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper until smooth.
  • Combine and Mix: Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture. Carefully toss the ingredients to ensure they are evenly coated with the dressing. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or pepper as desired.
