  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 large garlic cloves roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
