  • 16 oz shredded hash brown potatoes frozen
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish or baking pan.

Mix the Base :

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, and ranch seasoning mix.
  • Stir until well mixed.

Add Chicken and Hash Browns:

  • Fold in the shredded chicken, frozen hash brown potatoes, and 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Assemble the Casserole:

  • Spread the mixture evenly into the greased casserole dish.
