- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
Optional Toppings :
- Chocolate drizzle
- Crushed nuts
- Sprinkles
Prepare the Strawberries : Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice off the stems to create a flat base so they can stand upright. Use a small paring knife or melon baller to carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry.
Make the Cheesecake Filling : In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Fill the Strawberries : Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe the filling into each hollowed strawberry until just overflowing.
Add the Finishing Touches : Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of the filled strawberries. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate, add crushed nuts, or sprinkle with decorative sprinkles.
Chill and Serve : Place the stuffed strawberries on a serving tray. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the filling to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
