Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
- 17 egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ medium yellow onion small dice
- ½ cup pickles diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Canola or vegetable oil for frying
Big Mac Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow onion finely minced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Make the Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, minced onion, white vinegar, ketchup, mustard, paprika, onion powder, and salt.
Cover and refrigerate while preparing the egg rolls.
Cook the Cheeseburger Filling
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the diced onion and cook until softened.
