  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes halved
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
  • 5 oz dried cranberries
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups salted cashews

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Rotini: Start by boiling the rotini pasta as directed on the package. Drain and let it cool completely.
  • Prepare the Salad Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cooked chicken, halved green and red grapes, and dried cranberries.
  • Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch salad dressing and mayonnaise until smooth and well combined.
  • Combine the Ingredients: Add the cooled rotini pasta to the bowl with the chicken and fruit. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly coated.
  • Add the Cashews: Just before serving, gently fold in the salted cashews to retain their crunch. Enjoy right away, or refrigerate briefly to allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
