- 1 loaf of country-style bread or a traditional French baguette.
- Olive oil for drizzling on bread
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- 16 oz grape or cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper adjusted according to your preference.
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 3 tablespoons basil pesto
- Fresh basil for garnish
Prepare the Garlic Toasts:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the rustic bread or French baguette into ½-inch slices.
Drizzle each slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the bread slices for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Once out of the oven, rub each toast with a peeled garlic clove while still warm, infusing them with a delicious garlic flavor.
Prepare the Tomatoes:
