Ingredients
  

For the Ranch Fries

  • 1 32 oz package frozen french fries (use your favorite!)
  • Two teaspoons of avocado oil or any oil with a mild flavor of your choice.
  • 1 tablespoon dried ranch seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

For the Buffalo Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon avocado or olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ⅓ cup buffalo hot sauce

For the Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or jack cheese or a combination of both
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • Ranch dressing for drizzling
  • Additional buffalo hot sauce for drizzling
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese optional, skip if preferred

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Fries: Preheat your oven and bake the french fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Toss the fries with avocado oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to ensure an even coat.
  • Prepare the Buffalo Chicken: While the fries cook, heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6–8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Return the shredded chicken to the skillet, add the butter, and pour in the buffalo hot sauce. Stir until the chicken is fully coated and warmed through.
  • Assemble the Loaded Fries: Place the cooked fries on a baking sheet or oven-safe serving dish. Top with the shredded buffalo chicken, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Melt the Cheese: Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Add the Toppings: Remove the loaded fries from the oven and sprinkle with chopped scallions and crumbled blue cheese, if using. Drizzle ranch dressing and extra buffalo hot sauce over the top.
