Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and gather all ingredients.
  • Peel and slice the apples, then mix with brown sugar and cinnamon; let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 20-30 seconds, until soft but firm.
  • Lay softened rice paper flat, spoon apple mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
  • Arrange rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  • Brush both sides of each roll with the chosen cooking oil.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.
