  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Brings in a nutty aroma; can be omitted.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For depth of flavor; fresh variants can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder For depth of flavor; fresh variants can be used.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Generously season both sides of the salmon with salt and black pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Whisk until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down.
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from oven, let it rest for a couple of minutes, and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure salmon is patted dry before seasoning for crispy skin. Space the fillets on the baking sheet for even cooking and consider broiling for a crispy finish.
