  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the Potatoes

  • Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skins on for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once tender, drain and let them cool before slicing.

2. Prepare the Cabbage & Onion

  • Shred the red cabbage finely and place it in a large bowl.
  • Dice the onion and mix it with the cabbage.

3. Chop the Pickles

  • Finely chop pickled cucumbers and add them to the bowl.

4. Add the Peas

  • Drain and rinse canned peas before adding them to the mixture.

5. Assemble the Salad
