- 30–50 ml honey
- ¾ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Tenderize the Beef:
- Mix sliced beef with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine honey, cornstarch, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Add the beef, stir to coat, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables:
- Slice ginger, garlic, bell peppers, and onions.
- Mince the garlic and chili pepper.

Cook the Beef:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the marinated beef for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
