Instructions

  • Add the egg, strawberry extract, champagne extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until the dough forms.
  • Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring and mix until evenly blended.
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Scoop small portions of dough, roll them into balls, and coat with pink sugar sprinkles.
  • Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
