Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

- Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring and mix until evenly blended.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop small portions of dough, roll them into balls, and coat with pink sugar sprinkles.
- Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
