Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water for later.

Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

  1. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, making sure not to burn it.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir for about 1-2 minutes until warm.
  3. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water to thin it out.

Combine Everything

  1. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  2. Return the chicken bites to the skillet and stir everything together.
  3. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes so the flavors can blend.

Garnish & Serve

  1. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh Parmesan cheese for a richer, creamier sauce.
  • Don’t overcook the pasta—al dente is ideal for absorbing the sauce.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water or milk to adjust the consistency.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce before adding the cheese.
