Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Zest the lemon before juicing to extract the maximum flavor. Chop fresh parsley finely.
  • Mix the Dressing: In a bowl or mason jar, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
