- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced

- Juice of ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Bread
- Spread a thin layer of butter on each bread slice.
- Toast the bread in a pan or toaster until golden brown and crispy.
2. Infuse Garlic Flavor
- Take a peeled garlic clove and gently rub it over the surface of each toasted bread slice.
3. Make the Avocado Mixture
