- 0.5 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 eggs
- 6.9 oz heavy cream
- ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon flour
- Parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cheese (grated, cheese of choice)
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped dill (to taste)

Prepare the Vegetables
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the cauliflower and broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and curry powder.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until slightly tender.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in the carrot and bell peppers, cooking until slightly tender.
