  • 1 cup cheese, grated (or vegan cheese if preferred)

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Vegetables

    • Wash and finely chop the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and green chilies.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the sweet corn.
  • Mix the Ingredients

    • Add all-purpose flour and bread crumbs to the vegetable mixture.
    • Grate the cheese (or use vegan cheese) and mix it in.
    • Season with salt and black pepper powder.
    • Add baking powder if using.
    • Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
