Instructions
-
Prepare the Dried Fruits
- Add the dates, dried plums, cranberries, raisins, and apricots to a food processor.

-
Mix in Nuts and Seeds
- Transfer the blended fruit paste to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pumpkin seeds, walnuts, roasted almonds, sesame seeds, pine nuts, and oat flakes.
- Mix thoroughly using a spatula or your hands until all ingredients are evenly combined.
-
Shape the Mixture
- Line a baking dish or shallow tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish, pressing it down firmly to create a compact layer.
-
Add Decoration
- Sprinkle the reserved sesame seeds evenly over the top of the mixture.
- Gently press the seeds into the surface to ensure they stick.
-
Chill and Set
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, allowing the mixture to firm up.

Cut and Serve
- Once set, remove the mixture from the fridge and cut it into small squares or bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
