- 1 large head cauliflower (about 5 cups when chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., New Primal or your preferred brand)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into various-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg. Add the cauliflower and egg to a large ziplock bag and shake until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Add this mixture to the bag with cauliflower and shake to coat.
- Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.
- Let the cauliflower rest for five minutes, then drizzle buffalo sauce over the florets and toss until well coated.
- Broil for five minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. If no broiler is available, bake for an additional five minutes.
