Instructions
1. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well combined, but avoid overmixing to keep the bites tender.
2. Shape and Fill the Meatloaf Bites
- Take a small portion of the meat mixture and roll it into a 1 ½-inch ball.
- Press your thumb into the center to create a small well and add a pinch of cheddar cheese.
- Close the meat around the cheese, forming a ball again.
3. Make the Topping
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard to create a simple glaze.
4. Bake the Meatloaf Bites
- Place the stuffed meatloaf bites in the mini muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
