- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- In the same bowl, gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Add the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts to the mixture. Carefully fold everything together until evenly mixed.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, gently fold in the crispy rice cereal to add a crunchy texture.
