- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook the Ramen Noodles:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes).
- Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sriracha, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic.
- Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine Everything:
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan.
