- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Cook the Chicken – Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
