Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook penne pasta until al dente (8–10 minutes).
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- Prepare the Chicken
- Shred or chop rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Warm gently in the microwave or stovetop if cold.
