Instructions
- Roast the Garlic
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off each garlic bulb, exposing the cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over each bulb and wrap them in foil.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- Prepare the Butter Mixture
- Let the roasted garlic cool, then squeeze out the soft cloves into a bowl.
- Mash the garlic into a paste using a fork.
- Mix the Garlic Butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, mashed garlic, parsley, and sea salt.
- Stir until fully blended and smooth.
- Store and Use
- Transfer to an airtight container or roll into a log using plastic wrap.
