  • 8 ounces (226g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Roast the Garlic
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Slice the top off each garlic bulb, exposing the cloves.
    • Drizzle olive oil over each bulb and wrap them in foil.
    • Bake for 40-45 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  • Prepare the Butter Mixture
    • Let the roasted garlic cool, then squeeze out the soft cloves into a bowl.
    • Mash the garlic into a paste using a fork.
  • Mix the Garlic Butter
    • In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, mashed garlic, parsley, and sea salt.
    • Stir until fully blended and smooth.
  • Store and Use
    • Transfer to an airtight container or roll into a log using plastic wrap.
    • Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
