Instructions
1. Prepare the Eggs
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and stir gently until scrambled and soft. Remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Sandwich
- Spread mayonnaise or sour cream on the buns.
- Add ketchup to one side for extra flavor.
