Scale
  • 100g ham, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 100g cheese, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 2 hamburger buns, split
  • Some ketchup
  • Extra cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Eggs

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk well.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter.
  • Pour the eggs into the skillet and stir gently until scrambled and soft. Remove from heat.

2. Assemble the Sandwich

  • Spread mayonnaise or sour cream on the buns.
  • Add ketchup to one side for extra flavor.
  • Place a slice of ham on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Layer sliced cucumber and tomato on top of the ham.
  • Spoon the scrambled eggs over the vegetables.
  • Top with a slice of cheese (add extra cheese if desired).

3. Toast the Sandwich (Optional)

  • For melted cheese, heat the assembled sandwich in a skillet over low heat, cover with a lid, and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  • Alternatively, place under a broiler for a quick melt.

4. Serve and Enjoy

  • Cover with the top bun and serve warm.
  • Pair with coffee, tea, or fresh juice for a complete breakfast.
