- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies using a food processor or place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Place the crust in the fridge to chill while you make the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring, stirring until the desired shade is reached.
- Add the Mix-Ins
- Chop the Snickers bars into small chunks.
- Fold in the Snickers pieces and M&M’s, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the filling.
- Assemble the Cheesecake
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle extra M&M’s and chocolate shavings on top for decoration.
- Chill & Set
- Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
- Once fully set, remove from the fridge, slice, and serve!

- For a crunchier crust, chill it in the freezer for 15 minutes before adding the filling.
- Make it nut-free by replacing Snickers with caramel or nougat-filled chocolates.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Freeze for later by wrapping slices in plastic wrap and storing them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
