Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust
    • Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies using a food processor or place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
    • In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
    • Place the crust in the fridge to chill while you make the filling.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy.
    • Add a few drops of pink food coloring, stirring until the desired shade is reached.
  • Add the Mix-Ins
    • Chop the Snickers bars into small chunks.
    • Fold in the Snickers pieces and M&M’s, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the filling.
  • Assemble the Cheesecake
