Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.

- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and serve: Let the crisps rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra feta if desired. Serve warm.
