Instructions

- Fill the baking dish with hot water, halfway up the sides of the pan, to create a water bath.

- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 6 hours (overnight is best).
- Garnish and Serve:
