- 300g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice zucchinis into 1/4-inch rounds. Grate the cheese and set it aside.
- Set Up the Breading Station:
- Place flour in one bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a second bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix grated cheese with a small amount of flour in a third bowl.
- Coat the Zucchini:
- Dredge zucchini rounds in flour, coating lightly.
- Dip in beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
