  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Apples:

2. Mix the Wet Ingredients:

3. Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
