- 1 (8.5-ounce) can peas, including liquid (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the Onion:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
- Brown the Ground Beef:

- Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked through.

- Sprinkle in the curry powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, chile powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix well to coat the beef and tomatoes evenly with the spices.

- If using canned peas, add them (including the liquid) during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust Seasoning and Serve:
- Taste the curry and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot over steamed rice, with naan, or alongside your favorite side dishes.
